Mr. Eyre brings with him the experience of over 20 highly successful years in the real estate investment and development business. With Islington Investments Limited he was solely responsible for the obtaining of all governmental approvals, construction, and eventual disposition of an 18 hole golf course and estate lot development. As an Asset Manager at Greiner-Pacaud Management Associates (www.gpma.ca) he was integral in all aspects required to consistently provide superior results as advisors to Canadian Pension Funds investing in commercial real estate. At Darton Property Advisors and Managers Inc. he was responsible for the reorganization and ongoing operations of the industrial property management division as Director of Industrial Real Estate. As President and Broker of Record with Wexford he has assisted individuals, developers & investors with facilitating their real estate financing requirements to the benefit of all involved parties as well has having provided various parties with advisory, analytical and brokerage services. Through the years he has also independently provided advisory and directorial services to private companies involved in commercial real estate investments. Mr. Eyre is a Registered Real Estate Broker pursuant to the Real Estate & Business Brokers Act of Ontario and is a Registered Mortgage Broker pursuant to the Mortgage Brokers Act of Ontario.
